A.L. Tucker, Jr.	Owner and founder of A.L. Tucker & Associates, Inc., Al Tucker, MAI has been practicing as a commercial real estate appraiser in the Charlotte area for over 25 years. He was previously with the Binswanger Company serving as the southeast regional appraiser for that firm. Before that, he was a real property agent for the State of North Carolina in Raleigh, NC where his duties included review appraising and property acquisitions including the New River State Park and the 16 constituent campuses of the university system. Al is also a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser specializing in industrial and commercial valuation as well as litigation appraisals and property tax appeals.
